Escape to this serene and inviting penthouse, designed to provide the perfect city and beach retreat. Situated on the fifth floor of a peaceful apartment complex in La Mata, Torrevieja, this stunning Spanish-style apartment offers an array of enticing amenities.
The penthouse features two bedrooms, one of which is an en-suite with a shower. The en-suite bedroom boasts a 150×190 bed, spacious closet, nightstands, and air conditioning. It also has a private entrance that leads to the terrace. The second bedroom comprises two single, 90×190, beds, air conditioning, and a built-in closet.
The apartment also features two bathrooms, one of which is the en-suite, while the other is located outside the bedroom in the hallway. Both bathrooms feature a toilet, sink, and shower, and the hallway bathroom was renovated in 2023.
The kitchen is compact but well-equipped, with a induction stove and ample pans and cutlery to prepare a delicious homemade meal to enjoy on the terrace.
The living room features a comfortable sofa and TV, with French doors that open onto the terrace.

The price is 6 € pr night, paid when you check in.
