This apartment boasts three bedrooms. The first bedroom includes a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, and air conditioning. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and a ceiling fan, while the third bedroom features a single bed paired with a portable fan. The dwelling comprises two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite and also houses a washing machine. Both bathrooms are furnished with modern fixtures, encompassing showers, sinks, and toilets.

The unit’s open-concept design integrates a kitchen with a bar-dining area and a living room. The well-equipped kitchen includes an induction stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, and essential cooking utensils. Additionally, a separate storage room near the main bedroom caters to storing beach equipment. Moreover, the apartment is equipped with a washing machine for convenience.

The dining area offers a bar solution with four stools, while the living room is furnished with a generous sofa and a smart TV for streaming services. A private terrace affords a scenic view of Playa Los Locos and its breathtaking sunrises, while the balcony accommodates seating for four individuals.

Ample street parking is available nearby, with the option of private parking in a secure garage just a short walk away. The apartment ensures climate control with air conditioning in the main bedroom and living room, ensuring a comfortable stay for all occupants.

Visitors will have exclusive access to the entire apartment and balcony. The hallways are communal areas shared with other residents in the building.

The apartment has garage access in a private garage a short walk away. Please let us know beforehand if you wish to use this garage. It is not a specific space, rather a garage with room for a few cars and it’s the first come first served. The measurement of the garage entrance is 175 cm (hight) x 195 cm (width). Small cars, best suited.

Prior to booking, kindly ensure that you have read and understood the house rules. It’s mandatory for all visitors to comply with both the apartment and community regulations.
