The apartment comprises two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and the other with two single beds, both with ceiling and floor fans. 
Situated on the second floor of a five-story building, this apartment affords a view of a tranquil side street from its balcony. Additionally, an elevator is conveniently available on-site. An added convenience is the inclusion of a complimentary private parking space in the underground garage on the premises.
The living and dining area has an aircondition for heating and cooling.

Visitors will have exclusive access to the entire apartment with a balcony. The pool, hallways, and elevator are communal areas shared with other residents in the building. Additionally, the apartment includes a complimentary designated parking spot in an uncovered underground garage.
