This apartment is situated on the first floor, with a solarium located on the second floor. It features a private entrance from the street, accessible via stairs.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker (capsule), kettle, and toaster. Additionally, it includes essential cookware, such as cups and pots, as well as a washing machine conveniently housed in a closet alongside other cleaning supplies.

The living room is furnished with a comfortable three-seater sofa and a television equipped with streaming capabilities.

The property comprises two bedrooms. The master en-suite bedroom features a queen-sized bed and ample clothing storage. The second bedroom is equipped with two comfortable single beds and clothing storage, and it also includes a selection of children’s toys, making it ideal for families with young children.

Both bathrooms are fitted with walk-in showers, toilets, and wash basins.

Outdoor Areas:
The terrace adjacent to the living room is furnished with a small table and two chairs, providing a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee.

The roof terrace boasts a spacious lounge area, a dining table with seating for six, and two sun loungers. An outdoor shower is also available, offering a refreshing way to cool off on warm days.

Visitors will have exclusive access to the entire apartment with a roof terrace. 
The pool and communal areas shared with other residents in the community.

Prior to booking, kindly ensure that you have read and understood the house rules. It’s mandatory for all visitors to comply with both the apartment and community regulations.

We supply towels for shower use. Guests are kindly requested to bring their own towels for the beach and pool.
