On the first floor, find a bedroom with a queen-size bed and access to the balcony and solarium, alongside another bedroom with two single beds. A generously sized bathroom with a shower completes this floor.

The main floor features a bedroom with two single beds, a modern bathroom, a well-appointed kitchen, and an outdoor dining area. The large living room with a TV serves as the heart of the home.

Descending to the basement, discover another living room, a bedroom with a queen-size bed, and a laundry room.

Enjoy the outdoor spaces, including a spacious solarium and balcony with stunning views, and a ground floor outdoor area for dining and relaxation. Partially renovated in 2024, these spaces offer contemporary comfort. Just steps away, the communal pool awaits, offering relaxation for all ages with its spacious design and separate children’s pool.

Visitors will have exclusive access to the entire townhouse and the private outdoor spaces. The pool and parking area is communal and shared with other residents in the building.

Prior to booking, kindly ensure that you have read and understood the house rules. It’s mandatory for all visitors to comply with both the apartment and community regulations.

We supply towels for shower use. Guests are kindly requested to bring their own towels for the beach and pool.
