This apartment provides a comfortable and peaceful retreat. Recently refurbished in 2023, it features a new bathroom, decorations, and furniture. Located on the fifth floor of a five-story building, it includes a small balcony with views of the pool area and morning sunlight, along with an elevator on-site. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, each equipped with fresh, cozy beds – one with a queen-size bed and the other with two single beds. The modern bathroom, also revamped in 2023, contains a shower, sink, toilet, and a washing machine. The compact kitchen is fully stocked with a microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, and more for convenient meal preparation. The living room is furnished with a sofa, TV, and a dining area illuminated by large glass doors that invite natural light. Furthermore, there is a small balcony accessible from the living room, complete with two chairs and a table for enjoying morning coffee in the sunshine.

We supply towels for shower use. Guests are kindly requested to bring their own towels for the beach and pool.

Visitors will have exclusive access to the entire apartment with a balcony. The pool, hallways, and elevator are communal areas shared with other residents in the building. Additionally, the apartment includes a complimentary designated parking spot in an uncovered underground garage.

Prior to booking, kindly ensure that you have read and understood the house rules. It’s mandatory for all visitors to comply with both the apartment and community regulations.
