The apartment boasts a spacious corner terrace that enjoys sun all year round – perfect for relaxing or enjoying meals outdoors. The terrace is furnished with four chairs and two round tables, and also features an awning for shade when needed. Access to the terrace is available from both the living room and the main bedroom.

Sleeping arrangements:

Main bedroom: Equipped with a brand new IKEA double bed (160 x 200 cm), 2025.

Bedroom 2: Features two single beds (80 x 200 cm), also new in 2025.

Living room: Contains a comfortable sofa bed, ideal for guests.

The living room is bright and inviting, with a new smart TV and a dining table for four, perfect for meals or relaxing indoors with air conditioning.

The kitchen has been recently renovated and is fully equipped with a washing machine, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, and all essentials for everyday cooking.

The bathroom has also been recently renovated, and includes a sink, toilet, and a modern shower.

Visitors will have exclusive access to the entire apartment and the private outdoor spaces.

Prior to booking, kindly ensure that you have read and understood the house rules. It’s mandatory for all visitors to comply with both the apartment and community regulations.
