Ground Floor
Step into a spacious open-plan living and dining area, featuring a comfortable lounge with a smart TV for streaming your favorite apps. The dining space boasts a large table accommodating six guests, seamlessly connecting to a fully equipped kitchen complete with a fridge-freezer, filtered water system, stove, electric hob, and microwave oven. Adjacent to the kitchen, a small back patio leads to a dedicated laundry room with a washer. A modern bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washbasin adds to the convenience. At the entrance, a glassed-in patio provides a cozy spot to unwind.

Visitors will have exclusive access to the entire townhouse. The pool and parking area are communal areas shared with other residents in the community.

Prior to booking, kindly ensure that you have read and understood the house rules. It’s mandatory for all visitors to comply with both the apartment and community regulations.

We supply towels for shower use. Guests are kindly requested to bring their own towels for the beach and pool.
