This townhouse features a private street entrance, offering ample parking space for a vehicle or outdoor activities like barbecuing and sunbathing. Street parking is also readily available.
Spanning two floors, the property’s first level is accessible via steps and boasts a dining area with glass features that can be opened on warmer days. Adjacent to this area is a patio with additional dining space. The first floor encompasses a spacious open-concept living and dining area with a sizable sofa, coffee table, a designated TV section with two cozy recliners, and a large smart TV for streaming services like Netflix and HBO. A six-person dining table complements the area. The well-equipped kitchen includes modern appliances such as a dishwasher, hob, stove, microwave, and two refrigerators with freezers. A laundry room with a washing machine and essential cleaning tools is located behind the kitchen. Additionally, a twin bedroom with a built-in closet and a bathroom featuring a shower, basin, and toilet are found on this level.
Ascending to the second floor, you’ll discover two bedrooms, one of which is en-suite, both furnished with comfortable queen size beds. The en-suite bedroom includes a built-in wardrobe and a bathroom with a shower, bidet, toilet, and basin. Access to a balcony offering picturesque views of the surroundings is also available from the second floor.
All bedrooms and living room has air condition units.

We supply towels for shower use. Guests are kindly requested to bring their own towels for the beach and pool.

Visitors will have exclusive access to the entire townhouse and the private outdoor spaces. The pool area is communal and shared with other residents in the building.

Prior to booking, kindly ensure that you have read and understood the house rules. It’s mandatory for all visitors to comply with both the apartment and community regulations.
