The primary bedroom includes a queen size bed, nightstands, a built-in wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and wash basin. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, nightstands, and a closet, while the third bedroom provides two single beds, a nightstand, and a closet.

The apartment’s expansive kitchen is well-appointed with a fridge/freezer, stove, ceramic hob, ample counter space, and abundant storage. Adjacent to the kitchen is a small utility room featuring a sink and a washing machine, with access to the terrace. The dining area accommodates six guests and seamlessly flows into the open-plan living room, which features a large chair, a sofa, and a TV for streaming from your private apps.
The living room opens up to a spacious terrace through a large sliding door, where a dining table with seating for six, two recliners, a chaise longue, and a coffee table are located. From the terrace, residents can enjoy panoramic views of the gardens, outdoor gym, and the heated pool. The apartment is equipped with a ductless air conditioning system for added comfort.
Situated in a four-story apartment building, this unit is conveniently located on the second floor, accessible by stairs or an elevator. A private parking space is provided in the underground garage within the premises.

We supply towels for shower use. Guests are kindly requested to bring their own towels for the beach and pool.

Guests will have the entire apartment and terrace to themselves, along with access to a communal pool. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and is accessible via stairs and elevator. Additionally, the apartment has a private parking space in a locked underground garage on the premises.

Prior to booking, kindly ensure that you have read and understood the house rules. It’s mandatory for all visitors to comply with both the house and community regulations.
