This modern apartment is located on the second floor of a well-maintained building just 150 meters from Los Locos Beach. It features a private entrance via a secure communal entrance and includes a designated parking space in the underground garage.

The open-plan living and dining area is thoughtfully furnished with a comfortable sofa, a smart TV with streaming capabilities (use your own accounts), and a dining table with seating for four. The space is bright and welcoming, with direct access to a private balcony.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher and all essential cookware, cups, and utensils—ideal for preparing meals during your stay.

The apartment comprises two bedrooms:

The master bedroom is fitted with a king-size bed and ample wardrobe space.

The second bedroom features a bunk bed with a pull-out bed underneath, providing sleeping arrangements for up to three people. This layout is ideal for families or groups of friends.

The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, toilet, and wash basin, and is conveniently located near both bedrooms.

We supply towels for shower use. Guests are kindly requested to bring their own towels for the beach and pool.
