The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, electric hob, microwave, and a washing machine for your convenience.

The living area features a dining table seating four, a sofa that can be converted into a bed (140x200cm), and a smart TV for streaming your favorite apps. Step out onto the spacious balcony, where you can enjoy your breakfast at the table for four, take in the stunning beach and ocean views, and bask in the sun. This apartment offers the ideal combination of comfort, convenience, and location, ensuring a relaxing stay in Torrevieja.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment. The hallways, and elevator are all communal areas shared with other residents of the building.

Prior to booking, kindly ensure that you have read and understood the house rules. It’s mandatory for all visitors to comply with both the apartment and community regulations.

We supply towels for shower use. Guests are kindly requested to bring their own towels for the beach.
