The dwelling comprises two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite and also houses a washing machine. Both bathrooms are furnished with modern fixtures, encompassing showers, sinks, and toilets.

The unit’s open-concept design integrates a kitchen with a bar-dining area and a living room. The well-equipped kitchen includes an induction stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, and essential cooking utensils. It is not a specific space, rather a garage with room for a few cars and it’s the first come first served. The measurement of the garage entrance is 175 cm (hight) x 195 cm (width). Small cars, best suited.
